Who called from 3303418435

Calls a few times a day, never leaves a message.  Smells like a scam.

After several incoming calls with no message left, I picked up the phone, listened and said nothing.  After a few seconds, some guy comes on- call center noise in background- and says hello twice, then hangs up.
