She said our per line charge was going to increase shortly to $110/line. She was calling our business because she could save us money by changing our plan. The individual she spoke with said he wasn't authorized to approve such a change. He asked for her name and number to refer her call to an employee of authority. I hate these companies that misrepresent and twist! AT&T would have given us a toll free number. I did a reverse ph # look-up and google map tracking this call to an address of 5974 Youngstown Warren Rd, Niles OH 44446. Results clearly indicate this was not AT&T. Now our business operations must keep watch that our phone service may get switched by desperate employees working for unsavory businesses.

Heather called saying she was a representative of AT&T. She offered a flat monthly fee of $51.00 for all local, long distance and fax calls. Always suspicious of these calls, I asked for her name, phone number and said I would check my current charges and would get back to her. All I had to do was Google the phone number 330-349-4508 and found the 08/26/09 comments detailing yet another scam. These people need to be prosecuted. Maybe then they'll stop wasting our time!
Josh from this same number just called. i always ask "But what company are you from." Usually they give the run around saying that they are representing AT & T. but he flat out lied and said he was from At & t. i guess everyone needs a job these days.
Just got a call from "Bradley". There were lots of other talkers in the background so this is probably some kind of boiler room operation. He swore he was from AT&T and that we would get flat rate service for $20/line for "all 10 lines" that we have. Once upon a time we may have had 10 lines but for sure we don't have them now.
He also could not tell me the last 3 digits (after the phone #) that are on the bill, not could he tell me anything from my last bill. Also, claimed that AT&T unified messaging would be included, "everything" would be included, except taxes and international calling.
