I received a call from this number at my place of employment. Told my co working to have me call them back as soon as possible. He said they were an investigator. His name was Charles. The call back number was 330-357-4140.

They started out by saying that this is a documented call, that I need to have my attorney call them, if not that I will be served papers and blah blah blah. I love how they ended the call with "good luck". Get a life. How do you people sleep at night! First sign of a scam, no business name, no name of person calling. Then the threats of legal action. Then the different area codes. Sorry. SCAM
I just received the same phone call that they need me or my retained lawyer to call them today or by me not calling I waive my rights. She also told me Good Luck- then I hear rustling around for another 3 mins.. What a joke...
Same exact message as above with the added statement "govern yourself accordingly", lmao. The sad thing is that I am sure some people fall for it and return the call. If everyone would google numbers before returning calls, they would have to give up and get a real job instead of scamming people!
