I was thinking of getting some extra money to pay bills. So on the internet I tried several loan options. Changed my mind about doing them. So then my e-mail box got flooded with payday loan places telling me I was approved for a payday loan. I cancelled all of them when they came in. Then started getting phone calls from these people saying I had cashed a check of theirs for 350.00. They told me it was deposited in my checking account, but I have no accounts with anybanks in Winthrop Harbor or anywhere in Ill. or Wisc. bank. Then said they had my drivers license number, which they read to me and it was not a close match. So they said it was possible someone had stolen my identity,
So not they threatening me and harrassing me. 30 40 calls at least and they keep calling me saying they are sueing me, and this is causing me great stress. I have explained it so many times I don't know what esle to do, hell I should sue them. I f you could help me in any way, I would soooo happy. Thank you so much for reading this. Arcana

I ALSO RECIEVED A MESSAGE FROM THESE PEOPLE SAYING THEY WERE GOING TO TAKE CIVIL ACTION I HAVE BEEN RECIEVING THESE MESSAGE FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS HAVE SPOKEN TO ATTORNEYS AND ALSO ATTORNEY GENERALS OF ALABAMA AND NEWYORK
THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMERS. WHEN THEY CALL GET YOU A GOOD WHISTLE AND LET THEM HAVE IT.

Nov 22nd 2010 - 4:40:24pm EST I have recieved more calls than I can count or keep up with... They have called my friends and family using several names... But most saying they are with the "United Fedral Credit Union" They have not only harrased me and everyone else... But have physically and sexually threated me... I have not only notified my attorney (whom they ask to call them back anyway) But I have gone as far as to notify the Attorney General... These people are not only trying to intimidate me into paying a loan I did not apply for or recieve but now they are trying to say "Internet Fraud" They are the only 1ones doing any Fraudulent things and something needs to be done about it... But they call from so many numbers in so many states Who knows where they are trully located and which company they really work for....
i can not believe there is people like this, i almost fell for there tramp until i realize i should do some research and suddenly i found other people who have been getting harassed by the same person and the same phone number. This guy Lawrence something has been calling me saying he works for the Law firm and that i need to pay 280.00 from an online loan, which i never received no loan. I did tried to apply for one but suddenly there was an error with my bank account so i figure i shouldn't worry about nothing. Until an outnumber of calls saying there gonna start by sending me to the federal court for fraud. This people are all [***] so be careful if you received calls from them.
