I got this text today with a "hey". I am not responding. Sounds like they are trying to verify that you have a cell phone so they can spam you with texts or calls.
I got the "Hey" message. I asked who it was and he said "This is Paul. Sry I txtd the wrng #." I said "That's ok Paul." Then they texted back and said "I am sry. I feel so dumb and stupid now."
Got a text from this number. It actually carried a conversation with me. Started off the same way as everyone else. Said his name was Paul but was looking for Brad. Talked about getting rid of hiccups and was asking if I was single and what I looked like. Kept saying he was going to bed but kept texting back. Tried to get me to send a pic. Told me to text anytime.
