watch out, just read this may because someone hacked into the GE system and stole our identities, this is bull sh**, charge us high fees but can not protect out info
I called this number back and a foreign woman asked me for my credit card number . I said what credit card are you call ing about . She rattled of several credit cards. I said it is illegal for you to ask for my credit card number give me yours! Especially since you have no clue wich card your calling about! My credit card payments are late and less money than they want but as long as I am paying they can not turn it over to a creditor!!!!!!!!! They get their payment , but 2 weeks later than what they want!
I had same thing happen. If they are liggit from GE. Then why can't they give you the card number or name on card. Or the name of the credit card itself! And how can they call my husbands work place?
They call almost every hour on the hour from 7:00 am until 9:30 pm. One day I had almost 20 calls from this number. This has gone on for over 2 weeks. No one on the other end who can speak anything close to understandable english when you answer or no there is no one at all on the other end. I quit answering and set the ring tone to silent as i cannot block them from a cell phone. What a waste of air space. Why can't this stop! Why are they allowed to continue over and over? I don't understand. I thought there were laws against this sort of harrassment. The do not call line is a joke..
Some Pakistani-sounding person who could not speak English. I had no idea what he was trying to tell me. Told him to have someone call back who I could understand, then hung up.
