Called. An nobody was on the other end

When I called this number back the recording came on immediately and said: "To be added to our do not call list please press 9".  I did that but I still do not know who it was so I suspect spam

I sent the call to vm, did not recognize it, no message left.  It was the 3rd call I got from same general area (N.E. Ohio) and I think it's the same scammer running an auto dialer.  Number blocked.

First of all, the phone number is spoofed, comes from somewhere that english is not the native language (not Ohio). Hard to understand the caller.  Reportedly trying to sell auto warranty but don't know what the end game was. Hung up.

I said Hello, they said nothing and disconnected.  Now blocked.
