My home phone number is 330-479-0009 and I have been having problems with my phone number being stolen and used for something that I assume is not legal. I receive 30 calls daily from people all over the country who claim that I called them since my number shows up on their caller ID. I have not made these calls and I am a victim in this scam also. I have made no progress with the phone company nor the local P.D. and want this to stop. It will go on for about a week and then stop for 2-3 weeks and then start back up again. Whoever is using these phone numbers is quite crafty and doesn't want to be caught. I would love to catch these people and not have to resort to changing my phone number, but I may have to soon. Please help by reporting any calls from these phone numbers to your phone company and ask them to trace or track it to determine who it is coming from. I can assure you that they are not coming from the people on the caller ID. Thank you for any help you can provide.
