This number calls our business but is screened out as a "nuisance call" giving them the option to leave a voice mail message which they never choose to do. Whatever they are wanting or selling, we are not interested and they are just wasting their time, resources and money on a call that will not get them even one thin dime. If we want something, we call a reputable company ourselves and not the other way around.
If EBSCO really wanted to assist those who do not wish to be called, they'd provide a website "unsubscribe" service. I wont call EBSCO as it will cost me to call them. I figure, everytime EBSCO calls me, I pick up quickly, hold the line for five seconds, and then I hang up. That costs EBSCO. Ive done this for the last month, and recommend others try it too. Yes, its just pennies, but I have my power back!!!

Phone Number Report: My phone number is on the national no call list, but this caller just keeps calling every day at all times. Never leaves a message. Why do they get away with this???

I don't have long distance calling, because I can't afford it. Hence I am CERTAINLY not interested in your magazines, no matter which ones they are. I don't know who's law you think your following, but the national DO NOT Call list means just that. DO NOT CALL, PERIOD..... Why do you think that you're above any other telemarketers? I tell you what, I do have caller ID and I will report you if you call again. You have the nerve to claim a computer is calling, so - so what. The list for the do not call is obtainable for so called companies like yours. All is computerized, I know this for a fact, trust me for I will report you and place a claim against your company for harassment. I have collected once already ($175.00), times are getting tight and sure could us the money. LIKE I SAID, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED BY LAW TO CONTACT INDIVIDUALS THAT ARE REGISTERED ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST.
