This is what "Jerry Croom" sent me when I responded to his craigslist ad. I looked up the phone number he gave me and I've found many other reports of this phone number with the same scam. The information in the email is varied a little bit from the other messages but it's essentially the same. He just moved to Ohio, cheap rent, you can drive by to look at the exterior. It's amazing, his spelling is great but his grammar otherwise is terrible. It's almost like he's trying to come off a little bit stupid.. which is kind of smart if that's what he's doing. Anyway, this is his message to me...
