THEY ARE A FAKE LENDING COMPANY THAT ASKS YOU TO SEND THEM THE FIRST INSTALLMENT ON A money pak card before they can release the funds. then they tell you they need the tax money and then they cancel their telephone number.  If you call this number it says not in service.  I call money pak and reported them.
