Lights are on but Nobody there.  Blocking since on my mobile phone.  Wish we could catch them and fine tem.

Called my new cell phone-did not answer

Same here, I used to get weekly calls from this number and many others. I simply block them one by one. In time you get rid of them. If you don't recognize a nr, let it ring and go to voicemail, if no voice mail, simply BLOCK it.

This particular nr called me today - automated voice said that my car's warranty is ending soon and they give me a last chance to renew, then it hand up. Another spammer blocked on my phone.

Second call I've received from this number.  They haven't left any messages.

Didn't answer but I DID call back and the prompt automatically says:
"to be placed on our do not call list, please press 9" and when I pressed 9, it disconnected me.
LOL. I'm sure it's just a robo caller.
