They call my cell and hang up...

Called my home, left no message, hung up.

Called me, asked for a Mr. Foster.  I said no (b/c I'm not him) and asked if I just got my number w/ in the past year.  I mistakenly said no (never give factual info to these people!), and he said "Goodbye, Sir" and hung up.  At least he was cordial?  

My guess is market research of some sort.

Or a scammer.
