I have received repeated "Wells Fargo" robocalls from this number. It says "I'm calling from Wells Fargo Bank. Your debit card status is limited..." Whatever that means! Wells Fargo says it isn't from them and is a scam attempt to steal my identity. I think it comes through with different phone numbers each time but the recorded message is always the same. Yesterday's call was at midnight! What legitimate company would issue a robocall at that hour?
I got a call from whatever idiot is behind this at 5:36 this morning. I would like them to burn in ****. I am exhausted now. And it is not possible to return their call and tell them, I tried.
Just received the same call. Robo call from 13305919077 claims the call is from Wells Fargo about my debit card being "limited" Whatever that means...
BTW I do not have a Wells Fargo Debit card
Called Wells Fargo and they told me it is a scam. I am surprised that Wells Fargo did not take the number from me. I would think they would want to follow up and track who is calling there potential clients or clients? I believe the computerized message asked you to press 1 to take away the limit on your card. Don't do anything but hang up.
I received call from a robo auto message (female voice), stating that this is a message from Wells Fargo and my debit card is in jeopardy due to limit on balance, and to select from the following #'s. This is interesting given the fact that I do not bank with Wells Fargo. I promptly placed a call to Wells Fargo to let them know that call was received. Wells Fargo said to block calls from this number. I said thanks for the tip, but that is a given. What was most interesting is that Wells Fargo did not want to take the caller's name or phone number to verify, or keep on record.
