Any number with a 2 digit prefix of 11 means they calling using the international cll prefix, which gets around your call blocking. Call blocking only recognizes 10 digits, so beware!

This number randomly calls about once every 3 to 4 days. Letting go to voice mail leaves no message. Answering the call there is no one on the other end. Just another scum bag. Again the FCC needs to stop people calling like this and stop using the excuse they have the right to advertise. If they have the right to advertise they should be charged a usage charge to access my phone.
