Do not answer! This is a total scam. Also calls under 866-305-7110 toll free. You pay for your phone but you don't own It!!!!!! WHO CAN STOP THIS??????
Scam! They did leave a recorded message saying to call 844-657-7927, but they had called from 330-622-4186. If you call either the 844 number or the 303 number, you hear, "Thank you for calling Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. In order to provide you with the highest level of service, your call will be recorded and may be monitored," then you are put on hold, then an Indian answers and says, "This call; will be recorded for quality and training purposes. How may I help you?" I just hung up. Do not call either number. Do not answer anything they ask if you happen to answer a call from them by mistake. Hang up! Ignore! Scam!
