Called Infocision at 330-668-1400 in Akron (Montrose) OH to make sure that my number was removed from their call list. They do calls for political and non-profits which are exempt from the do not call list. Also blasted them for not leaving messages which is annoying since you do not know who is bothering you. Will put them on my blocking system. Phone rings once and cuts them off.
Saves me from running to the phone ID to see who is calling.I ignore all one ring phone calls. Like the blocking feature on my phone system.
This company is making calls on behalf of non-profit organizations & it's imperative that they reach a live person or a specific person to request their assistance. They can't just leave a voice mail message. They truly aren't trying to be annoying, they are really trying to find volunteers who are wlling to help the non-profit organization!
This company is making a sincere effort to locate voluteers for non-profit organizations & they have no intention of annoying anyone or givng anyone a hard time! If you don't respond after a few seconds, they disconnect the call. If your phone is off the hook, it doesn't affect their phones at all. If they are able to reach a live person when they call, they will be able to determine whether they count on you or not to help the non-profit organization; & that will be the end of it. They only continue calling when they are unable to reach a live person.
