It's a telemarketer/scammer spoofing what might be a legitimate number. Says "Virginia Shaw" in the caller ID. I answered and a recording from "Jason at the electric department" started a pitch, then the call was disconnected. Virginia Shaw is listed in the white pages online, but the call won't go through. It's the same scammer who called two days ago from 330-842-6954, caller ID "Electric Dept."
