Called me on a Sunday, while I was trying to enjoy time with my family.

I get emails when my RX are ready. This call was from Medina and my Discount Drug is in Maple Heights.

Pick up your prescriptions when they are ready and they would not interrupt your family time.

Not as easy as it sounds.  I've tried repeatedly to "sync" my meds so they'll all be ready on one trip.  Invariably, one of my prescriptions is temporarily out of stock.  "We should have that one tomorrow or the next day."   Then I get the robo call telling me to pick it up within 3 days or it will be returned to stock.

No kidding.  I ran out of my IBS medicine one Sunday and the doctor wouldn't call in a new prescription because it was Sunday.  VEry irritaing.
