wante dto talk to person in charge of gas bill

Same number with name "Goldsboro Ken.."  Called twice- no message left on machine.

this number just called wanted to know if i paid my taxes yet  i hung up on them ...caller id kenne goldsboro 330-726-9796

Obviously a spam call.  Did not answer.  No message was left.

Caller keeps calling everyday. Possible spam call or Russian hacker.
