Scam, recorded voice, unnamed credit card, your payment history offer for more credit, press one, didn't of course. Seriously, not giving the name of the credit card by appearing to be an opening message with the info cut off.
"...press '1' now. [Immediate "beep"] dial tone. Apparently they do not allow for the answering machine's outgoing message before their automated message begins. Dumb!
