I got a call stating that this is from the pre legal department but i haven't received anything in the mail about a collection. Aren't they suppose to send proof? I haven't answered the phone, If you do, then they will report this on your credit. Don't answer the phone guys.
I have gotten several calls from them on my cell phone. They have asked for two different people that I am not familiar with at all. They don't understand the concept of "I don't know this person" for either of the people they continue to call for.
I wonder if I can bill them for my minutes and lost work time. Why don't the idiots who loan money to people VERIFY the numbers left for "other contacts"?
i recieved a phone call from someone at this number threatening to send me to court for a delinquint bill. they wanted either a payment in full at the time of the phone call or a post-dated check. when i asked for them to send me something they said they would not and i needed to pay now. i tried to set up some kind of payment plan to avoid other fees and they said no. dont let these people threaten you. do not give them any info over the phone.
