Who called from 3307346983

I've been getting calls from this number for several weeks. I never answer because it's unknown. I found elsewhere that it's someone named Dave Abadi in Barberton Ohio. I have no clue who that is. No doubt it's a scam.

I have also, the guy said that he was offering government grants. I didnt feel to good about it. His background was loud and it sounded like he had me on speakerphone.

Very quiet voices, speaking another language, can barely hear them, sounds like background noise
