They call multiple times each day, but never leave messages. Am I incorrect in my understanding that they are not to call before 9:00 am and are not to call on Sunday?
The FDCPA states they can call any day of the week including Sunday and as long as they do not leav a mess more than once a day they can repeat call but not in excess
