I have received 2 calls from this #; I didn't answer either time because I didn't recognize the phone number. They didn't leave a message either time. In doing a reverse lookup and Google search, I find the number lists the name as unknown but is ?registered? to Level 3 Communications, LLC. I see on another website that people have had previous issues with calls from Level 3 Communications, LLC, although the phone numbers were different (different area codes even), so I'm not sure if it is the same people making the calls or not.

Hopefully the last update to my initial post! I received another call from this number last night (it was a missed call). I called the phone number back and the outgoing message said something about education advisors. It did give the option to press "1" to be put on their "do not call" list, which I did. It then said I'd been added to their "do not call" list. Thus far I haven't received any more calls from this number.
