Called my work number on a Saturday (I saw it Monday morning on caller id), but didn't leave a message. Name associated with the number on caller id is FIA Card Svcs.
This number keeps calling around 9am- 10:30am. Never leaves a message and when you call it back it goes to a voice mail of two girls speaking to eachother.
