Dittos on Chris' complaint but just now I got another call and now I know that there is someone there because I heard a single tone like they started to dial while on the line just before they hung up!
I receive a call to my business from this number several times a year. I actually live in the area this number is generated from. I used to think it was a prank call or some local telemarketing. I have answered the call several times but usually just let it go to the machine. Now that I see the number listed on this website I know that it is not a potential customer, and I am wondering if the call is even generated from my area. Nobody ever leaves a message, and nobody ever speaks when I do answer.
When this call is incoming the 330 area code shows up on the caller I.D.. After the machine picks up or the caller hangs up, the caller I.D. on my phone no longer shows the area code. Seems very odd to me, not sure how that is possible.
