I pay them 25 a month religiously. Does anyone know if this is considered harrasment???? If I don't pay, then ok. but calling all the time and sending mail saying they refuse to accept the 25 a month. However, they always cash my check. Any legalees out here that can tell me?

it is from Fidelity Collection in Alliance Ohio.
I've dealt with them many times.
I owed a little over 500 to trumbull hospital in warren. couldn't pay.
They sent me a notice and called. I can only afford 25 a month. They insist on this being much more. They call and send me mail monthly.
I'm told to just hang up on their [***]. Good luck. They are a pain in the [***]!

i have been told once they cash your check, they are agreeing to accept the amount you send. it can be as little as $1.00. If they say they can not accept the amount you send, ask for it in writing!
