This 800-871-1840 number calls and leaves a msg saying if you are such and such wait if your not such and such call 330-835-5902. Its automated. Worthless. Probably credit collectors. If I do owe something I don't trust them. In the past I've been threatened, yelled at and when I did pay, it wasnt removed from my credit.
Started getting a couple calls around the same time TWC began trying to sell me more junk over the phone. (Haven't picked up any of the calls from either, just let them leave messages.)
Same as POd above me: Received a call from 1-877-855-8844 the first time. The number was blacked the second time, so I'm not sure if it's exactly the same. Both automated messages left an identical 330 number in the voicemail, though, asking me to call whether or not I was the person identified. No motive mentioned.
Obviously a scam, and not even a well-played one. Either way, I'm cheesed off.
Called this number back and it does not ID who they are, just gives you an option to record a message. There is no option to get a person, so... it must not be that urgent.
