I received a call from this number at 11:30 AM 3/31/2016. This number is similar to the cell phone number of somebody I know, so I answered the call. "Congratulations, you have been referred to receive a free security...." That is where I hung up on the robo call.
I have a feeling this caller ID is spoofed. Call quality sounded like it was coming from an auto dialer feeding an ISDN PRI, not a mobile phone. This block of numbers is assigned to Verizon Wireless in NE Ohio.
As usual,these people csn stick tbeir security system or whatever their scam item is into any of their convenient body orifices.
