I am disabled and have to take naps during the day. This number is showing up on my Caller ID at all hours of the day. Since I don't know the number, I didn't answer. Today (4/25/17) I answered twice and they just hung up on me! I suspect a telemarketer but it shows UNKNOWN NAME in the identification. Hope they are found and stopped from their ridiculous game!
You can't stop the calls. A call blocker will keep them from interrupting your naps.
For a land line a call blocker is a programmable electronic box that plugs into the phone line between the wall and the phone. It also needs electricity. You can get one on line or at Best Buy.
For a smart phone a call blocker is an app. One may come pre-installed on your phone or you can install a free one.
For a simple cell phone ask your carrier. Or put the pest in your contacts list and give them the ring tone "no ring" or "silence".
