Called about septic system i had instaled and implied that i was stupid becasue i wanted him to speak to my husband. Also comment about he fact that information was sent to my home and 'don't you know how to read?' I procedied to ask to speak to his supervisor and he pretented to hand over th ephone, ie changed his voice. I repeatidly asked to speak to his supervisor and he then informed me that 'he did not care.'
