does anyone know how we can stop these people? Will the police help?

I am a grandma on a limited budget.  I have limited minutes on my phone.  They say they are TTC. I know no TTC.. They keep call me and costing me all my minutes.  This is so unfair.  I am on the do not call list and they just keep calling.  Soon i will have no phone service..  I cannot pay.

The called me and hung up.  Then they called back and did it again.

They are creepy. They call when my kids are at home.  Creepy
