This guy from "questmark" that just called is a total A**hole!
"Who can I speak with that has the most dedication to your building?"
I put him on hold and spoke with my maintenance manager and he said we use a company to deal with our maintenance stuff. I told this guy that and he was like "well I want the maintenance managers name" ok, I gave it to him, (I have their number and information from previous calls saved in a spreadsheet) then he asked for his email, which I politely declined to give him then he demanded that I put him through to his phone... straight to voicemail for you, not only that but that is the LAST opportunity I will ever give your company, after over a year of telling you jokers NO. Every single person I've dealt with with Centimark, or Questmark or whatever the F you are calling yourselves, has been a complete and total jerk... I have no idea how they are able to drum up business with the way they treat people... maybe it's just the receptionists they treat like crap and then once they get to whomever they're trying to scam they're sunshine and rainbows. Well let me tell you something, the Maintenance Manager and I are good buds, so if you treat me like crap he won't even give you the time of day.
