Company called my mom's house asking for me regarding a civil lawsuit. They wouldn't give her any more details. I don't know how they got her number or why they didn't call me. Weird.

The following numbers are from the same company 330-923-8361 and 302-777-8777 are from a debt collcection agency called ESP and associates. I was told that I had a debt from 2008 that they are collecting on. They would not give me the loan number or any information that I have a right to know. The guy Bill Davis spoke really fast and would not let me speak. I finally told him to call my State Attorney General and file their case against me through them and hung up. Since then they have called me 5 times.
Just got a call from this Davis guy, he said he is taking me to court over a credit card that I supposedly had. I told him to deliver the papers to my house and I wll have something waiting for him.
