Was called today at 11:56 AM from (330)970-7530.  Answered the call to a prerecorded message indicating I only had a few days to respond to the message to lower my current credit card interest rate.  It sounded as if they were calling from one of my credit card companies and that I should probably listen to the message.  It said press 1 to be connected to the representative and so I did.

The representative started out the call calm and seemed polite, but then started being very pushy and insisted on talking over me when I had questions or concerns.  My biggest concern was which credit card was he trying to lower my rate on.  He kept talking over me and at one point I told him to shut up and listen because I was frustrated and wanted to end the call if it was truly just a solicitation and not from an existing relation I had with a credit card company.

The representative then decided it was time to call me names repeatedly (Stupid, Dumb,% % etc.).  The methods and tactics this company is using is surely fraud as I’m positive none of my existing credit card companies could be this unprofessional.
