The rascals called my cell 6/30. Some scammers robocalls seem to go directly to my v/m -- what the ?

just called and I called back and it stated press " 9" to be put on the "D0 Not Call List "

Called landline, didn't answer, left no message. #@%&$! criminals.

Screen displayed CANALL FULTON OH and this number. This time the robo-dialler actually left a message:

"Due to the increase of criminal activity in your area. GE security is paying for five houses to receive a new On Star home protection package installed at no cost to you. To qualify you must be willing to put a small solar security sign in your front yard. This sign helps promote new technology in your neighborhood. Press one if you're willing to put a small sign in your front yard or press two to place you on our do not call list."

Someone, from this number, directly or indirectly, called my number at 1039 AM, PST, today. They, themselves, left no contact info, at all.
