Called and didn't leave a message multiple times.

Caller ID said Akron so i answered it knowing some people from Akron. She said she was calling from the west coast and needed updated info for my grand daughter. She did have some other names my grand daughter left supposedly for reference. Of course I gave her no info and told her to try another number. She asked if i could get some info to her, I said no...

They asked for a reference on a friend. He told me he doesn't remember using me as a reference anywhere.

I believe it I P. R. I. A debt collector for student loans.

yep.  it's a student loan collector probably Kent State.
