Who called from 3392049443

Called my cell. No message. Blocked.

Received calls at 10:34pm and 10:40pm.  It is my understanding that it is illegal for solicitation calls after 9pm.

Just called, didn't answer, checked here, blocked.

Called my work - I said "TY for calling" but didn't say "hello" as I know this is what triggers their recording.  Tied up their line for a bit!  I've received calls from them before and did the opt out but I guess that doesn't work either.

I am so sick of these calls.
