Called today and said that i had won some kind of vacation deal because i had apparently stayed in one of their resorts before. asked if I was under 70 and if I made over $50000 a year. Hung up when I said no.
As noted by other posters, this is the tried and true travel scam. Can't believe they get people to fall for this. Most scam calls are coming to my mobile phone these days. Mr Number has blocked this, I suggest everyone block this.
Get numerous calls from World Travel. Have blocked 6 or more numbers, but they keep calling from a different number. This time I decided to answer and they wanted to give me a $1200 trip. Asked if I was 70 or under and when I replied that I was older, they hung up. However they called back again and I interrupted and when I did, they said they would take me off the list. I am sure the whole thing is a recording and will probably continue to get calls. I will just block each number.. The most recent number was 339-205-1093
