Heavy accent saying this was a warning from the treasury department and I should not delay calling back or having my attorney call back or proceedings would start very soon. She stated all this in broken English and grammatical errors. Obviously not taking this seriously.

SCAM - there is NO department of legal affairs. Would a U.S. government employee "bless you"?? The only thing that they started was THEIR attempt to steal YOUR money.
