It is likely a scam... Saw I had a missed call. I tried calling back with a blocked #. It went to some crappy piano music for 2 seconds then blank followed by hanging up. They are likely using a caller ID that a service provided them to go to a dead call. This is my belief because on other numbers so often you hear of multiple scams going to one caller ID number. The service provider isn't going to prevent it as they are profiting The only way to stop it is to get the government to mandate TRUE CALLER ID confirmation hardware and software.
