Who called from 3393090598

This number txt me hey and knew my name and then when I responded asking who it was I got no response. Should I be worried?

Someone texted me with my name and said to instant message them I wasnt too worried untill they told me that they that their battery was going to die

kev618, can you post here when you find out more? They texted asking for someone named Robert but I've had this number for years.

Talked to my bank's fraud department, they did some investigating and found out this number is from a website called Textplus.com. You can use it to text people (like if your phone doesn't have the service or something like that) from your PC.

So if you get a text from a number like this, call the number and you'll hear a message from that website (textplus.com) and you'll know the person is texting you from the website and not a phone. The person that sent me the text still hasn't responded back but hopefully the fraud department can locate TextPlus's fraud department and figure out the IP of the person who texted me and get to the bottom of this.

Someone with the exact same number text me just now. He/she knew my name and also said to instant message them on yahoo but no response yet. Should I be worried?
