I received a text from this number saying " Hi and my first name"  when i responded Hi back i got no response.

Same as above...received text... Hello and my first name. I responded and asked who it was but no response. Concerned I just verified something for some scammer...

They texted me saying "hola <first name>!"
no further response after responding

Same as reported: "hey NAME.."was texted to me.  Did not reply.  I live in Colorado with an Oregon number, and this is from Massachusetts ... I know nobody there.  I fear a text phisher.
