They called my cell phone, I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message. There should be severe penalties for people who call cell phones. Some people have to pay for the call, and some people might be distracted while driving. I'll check back on this page to see if anyone has identified them so I can make an effort to boycott them.
The TCPA allows you to sue them and get $500 per call, but that can be tripled in certain cases. Of course you need to both identify them and find their location to serve them or to make a report.
