This is a scam. Claimed he was from Microsoft and has to fix my firewall at no cost to me, yah, right. Broken English, sounds like a phone room. He was insisting to get on my computer so he can 'fix' it. Beware! Will steal your info, identity and load a virus, spyware, etc. to your computer. Read bulletin on Microsoft site.
