got a call from this number this morning. Didn't recognize so I didn't answer. No caller id info received. No message left. Called back Customer, automated attendant never identified actual company.
I applaud the many people who are finally not answering their phones when seeing an unfamiliar name or number on their caller ID's. This is the best way to fight telemarketing and scamming. The more calls these idiots have to make -- without achieving any worthwhile contact -- will cost them time and money, and eventually force them to quit. It is also much more effective than the stupid "Do Not Call Registry", which theoretically was an excellent idea, but won't work until the government decides to enforce it.

The Do Not Call Registry might possibly work if these were legitimate companies -- Scammers seem use a series of ever-changing mobile numbers. DNC can be enforced for legitimate companies. Scammers do not care.
