This is the debt be gone AGAIN....they must have tons of phone numbers. They call, under different numbers 7 days a week. I got one today 6-5-2011. HOW do they get these numbers? I have an unlisted phone number. It gets OLD and really upsetting. I'm 66 and disabled and this gets to be very annoying and I don't like these idiots calling. Please STOP them!!!
If you get these calls, and have caller ID, please take the time to go to both the FTC and FCC sites and file a complaint, so we can shut this down. And for those who take this opportunity to espouse some political point of view, please keep it to yourself...these calls are named with catch words. No political agenda behind them, just greed.
Same drill: daily calls, no message. But it doesn't raise my blood pressure anymore. The number they're calling (mine) is NEVER answered (and doesn't even ring audibly), and my VM greeting says so quite clearly. Not an ideal solution for everyone, but it works for me. Those who need to reach me know how to reach me; everyone else can simply leave a message that I'll return if the mood suits me. And I return it from a different (unpublished) number.
I received a call. Just the phone number. And yes i have several times put my # on the do-not-call list. It seems that the crank calls are coming more often?
