I received a call they want to know if I'll be home to revving papers for a legal action, I respond SURE. I was told never respond yes, and no will keep them talking. They hung up!!
Is a scam! They state you owe money from some money day loan and they are seeking legal actions against you. It's suppose to be a law firm in Boston but the real law firm is in Texas
This is a legitimate company called National Process Services. They just had the wrong number when they called me, but as a legal assistant, I have used this company and their services in the past.
