The calls received from this number are from people claiming to be getting messages about problems with your own personal computer. strangely enough they all have WEST INDIAN accents (I love their food by the way, cant fault them for having good taste when it comes to cooking) However these people are scam artists and will, through various methods try and get you to hand over your hard earned $$ for services they do not provide and can not provide. If you fall prey to their tricks and allow them access to your computer they will show you various files and do what appears to be amazing things to convince you that they are for real. All they want from you is your CREDIT CARD information. DO NOT FALL for their scheming ways.
Do however go to the nearest indian restraunt and enjoy copious amounts of chicken vindaloo. Its like mexican food with flavor.
ps you may want to put the toilet paper in the freezer for when you return home.
Just received the same phone call. When I asked him to repeat who he was, he also said "the Windows". The same as all the others. I feel sorry for those who fall for this. FBI should be involved.
Told this guy that I didn't talk to Pakistani's or Indians on the phone. Made him mad. He couldn't pronounce my genuinely American name, and that was the first tip off. Then, after I asked him whether he had a question about the windows I looked through he was really fed up, and he hung up.
